I am trying to share my screen but when I click open share tray I do not get any options.

    Please go to the following folder path then replace <Username> with the username you use on your computer.

    C:\Users&lt;Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams

    Then delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams.

    Sorry I dont get this step exactly, what do you mean by  "Copy and paste the following path Windows File Explorer:

    %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams" ?

    My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

    Could you please follow these steps below to reset MS Teams app :

    • Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if it appears in the Windows toolbar and closes it).
    • Copy and paste the following path Windows File Explorer:
      %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
    • Delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams.
    • Sign in

    However, if the problem still persists then please reinstall MS Teams Desktop app by downloading the app from the following link:
