I am trying to share my screen but when I click open share tray I do not get any options.

Im not exactly familiar with teams so these steps seem unclear to me
Please go to the following folder path then replace <Username> with the username you use on your computer.
C:\Users<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
Then delete all contents in that folder > Re-start Microsoft Teams.
Sorry I dont get this step exactly, what do you mean by "Copy and paste the following path Windows File Explorer:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams" ?
