Building, integrating, or customizing apps and workflows within Microsoft Teams using developer tools and APIs
Hello Mghori,
Based on your description, my understanding is you want to join the win10 device with an AD domain, please clarify if I misunderstand your scenario, thanks.
If so, I did a lot of research on it, first as far as I know if you want to join a device to AD domain, you must
- The targeted device ( Win10) DNS server IP should be pointed to your DC ( if you prompt the DC as DNS server, it is DNS server IP)
- The targeted device ( Win 10) should be able to ping the ip of DNS server.
Please open the Win 10 network settings > change adapter options > select the current network adapter > right click it > IPV4 > check if the DNS server IP points to your DC. If not, please change it to your DNS server ip, then please open the CMD with administrator >> ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xx ( your DNS server IP) to see if the communication is working.
On another hand, if you have the settings but issue persists, as we are focusing on Microsoft 365 Exchange Online support, we have limited resource regarding the local AD environment related problems. However, Microsoft has a dedicated local AD support channel, it is recommended that please post a new thread at Microsoft Q&A Forum. The dedicated support engineers there are local AD related, and they would give you further professional assistance regarding your problem, thanks. By the way, if you need any other helps from Microsoft 365 for Business side, please feel free to share with me here, and I'd like to help you do more research, thanks.
Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Oliver
