block from posting

Is it possible to block members from posting on a channel ?

I have students posting and chatting in our work space.

Hi Nirali Patel,

Yes, you can. If you are the team/channel owner, you can change channel setting to block members from posting like below:

  1. Click ... next to the channel name to Manage channel.

  1. Set the permission to be "Only owners can post messages".
