Problem Microsoft Teams: env_check_error

Good morning, I use Teams for school, but I stopped using it during the vacation period, now I try to enter the Teams application and it opens, it asks for the email when I click on Login, it throws me an error: Wow ... no it is possible to connect to the Internet. Check your connection. (Error code: env_check_error Error connecting to configuration end) (Attached image). I already uninstalled and reinstalled, I already restarted my computer and I even read in a forum here, which will go into the files and delete a configuration file. I await your response, thanks.

Hello ALFONSO FONG,

From your post, we can know that you’re already tried re-installation, caches clean-up, may I further confirm with you the following information?

  1. When issue occurs, have you tried Teams Web App, whether you can sign in and use it as a temporarily workaround?
  2. According to the error message, issue is related to connection. Please kindly try to switch a different network if convenient to check the issue. Because some networks may block some IPs, URLs, and ports which are necessary to connect to Teams service endpoints. If you’re using proxy, try to connect directly through public network for checking: Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges.
  3. Have you recently installed or updated any third-party anti-virus or firewall, some of this kind of software may conflicts with Teams, please try to temporarily disable it if any installed.
  4. Try to add Teams related endpoint to the Trust site and check if this way can make any difference (if your machine is running Windows OS)

  1. If issue only happens to Teams desktop app, could you kindly try to reproduce this issue, then collect one debug log and share with us in Private Message for checking. To access PM, please click this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox .
