Microsoft Planner- Cannot Scroll/App Issues/Notifications

I am hitting several road blocks with Microsoft Planner through Teams.

  1. I'm using the app with Iphone (tried on 6,7, and 8).  On both the app and the browser page, I cannot scroll down to see all of the tasks listed in each bucket.  Once I'm in a task, I am unable to scroll down past the "Notes" section.  How can this be fixed?  All of the members of my group have IPhones and for this to work like we need, I really need to find a way to make this more user friendly for them.
  2. I need to individualize notifications.  The only options we have is to receive notifications if a "comment" is posted or if something is "assigned" directly to me.  I also need see the option to have every notification go to each member's inbox.  Is there a way to customize this where it only goes to the mailbox of the person assigned without logging every single individual in and changing their settings?

Hi Sarah,

Sorry for the trouble caused at your end.

Per your description, we totally understand the problems facing when using the Microsoft Planner in the iPhone device and where you’re not able scroll to check all the tasks in the bucket and can’t scroll after the Notes in the individual task. I did a test at our end with the same environment and can reproduce the same behavior in the different devices as well.

But there is a workaround for scrolling to see all the tasks in the Plan by clicking the below highlighted icon:

For the scrolling after the Notes in the task, we’re sorry I couldn’t find a workaround for it in the iPhone device and this issue should be reported to the related developing team by send the feedback from the application itself which is the best way for reporting:

Click on the user photo in the Teams mobile application> Settings> Help and Feedback> Report an issue

Coming to the notifications, it’s not currently possible to customize the notification and apologize for it. Given the situation, we request you add your feedback in the Microsoft Planner UserVoice as related team can take into consideration about it.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a good day and stay safe 😊

Best Regards,

Chitrahaas
