Analytics - Inactive Users

Hi,

Hoping you can help.

Is MS Teams on Analytics, it shows you the users that are active and inactive.

Is there a way to see who the inactive users are?

Please advise.

    Hi Zishan,

    In my organisation we've been asking the same question.  Some of our colleagues appear to be "struggling" with adjusting to Teams.  We want to be able to identify who has been inactive so we can offer additional support and coaching.

    We've raised it in the Teams User Feedback Forum.  If people "vote" for the feature then Microsoft will look at making it available: or so we understand. This is the link to the relevant webpage.

    Hi Didi,

    Thank you for your response.

    I understand the above but my question is, how do I find out the list of names for inactive users.

    I am trying to find out which students aren’t engaging. It shows the number of inactive users but not the names. Is there anyway of finding out the names in a Team.

    Please advise.

    I also would like to have this feature and have voted using this link. I really wish Microsoft products to be a little more intuitive like you-know-whose.

    There is an app that I believe can allow us to know the names of inactive users by also using PowerShell.
