Hello everyone.

I am trying to create a MT for each campus and then add in multiple class notebook teams. As far as I can see I can only add one class notebook per MT. Do I create a staff MT and then send a link to tutors who are creating the class notebooks? Appreciate any guidance on this, help!

Hi Catherine,

Indeed, when you create a team in Teams, the respective SharePoint site and notebook will be created automatically.

If you want to create other staff notebooks, you can go to portal.office.com-> All Apps-> Staff Notebook. After creation, you can check this Notebook in OneDrive-> Staff Notebook folder.

For your reference: Create a Staff Notebook in OneNote

This notebook won’t connect with your team and the staff members can check it in shared file of their OneDrive or access it via the invitation email in Outlook.

You are welcome to contact us anytime and we will be here for you all the time. 😊

Regards,

Ivy
