Addressed to Microsoft Inc.

Whenever I use Microsoft Teams on my Android smartphone, An unusual error occurs in the Microsoft teams Mobile application. While watching a class/video meet, suddenly my screen starts to blink uncontrollably. This error does not occur when I use MS teams on my Laptop.

Although a different kind of error occurs in MS Teams when I use it on my Laptop. While I am watching a class, suddenly everything closes and it again opens and it says, you had a technical glitch, we are recovering....

Please Improve on these areas to make MS teams a better application for users worldwide.

In addition to this, I would also like to add that MS teams is in fact a very valuable product for learners worldwide. Keep Improving it to facilitate education Worldwide.

I suspect it could be just an intermittent issue, please create a new fresh environment for MS Team mobile app. You can always go back to the previous Android account profile whenever you want.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create a new Android user profile

    1. Go to the Play store then install MS Team mobile app in a newly created user profile.

Please let me know if the problem still persists, I will assist you with further instruction on how to move forward this issue to the engineering team for further investigations.

May I know What OS do you use on your mobile device? Is it IOS or Android OS?

What's the version of your smartphone OS?
