I try to use Chrome browser to join the meeting, but it doesn't work too. I only can join the group call if one of participant in the meeting calling/inviting me privately on the meeting. I try to uninstall and restart may computer and mobile phone, but it doesn't work. I am using Windows 10.

Any help appreciated.

Hello Dyah Ayu Rahmawati,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Regarding your issue, could you please let us know when this issue start to occurs?

Further for Teams meeting, when we click on “Join” option, we can connect to the meeting but based on your post, seems you cannot get passed the connecting stage, so at this point, could you please let us know is there any error message occurs? If yes, request you to kindly provide us screenshot of error message. It helps to narrow down the issue.

Many times other open apps conflict with Teams, so suggest you to kindly please close other all open apps and browser from task manager and only open Teams app to check if you can join Teams meeting without any issue.

Besides this, if is there any antivirus software is enable on your computer? If yes, please disable it temporary to check the effect.

Try to connect your computer with different network (make sure there is no antivirus and firewall blocking Teams app) to check if it makes any difference.

If still same issue persist, please provide us below information via Private Message, so we can help to check further.

  • Affected user account email id.
  • Video of your issue, it helps to get more clarity about meeting connection stage issue.
  • Detail of your Teams version.

For your privacy, we will send you Private Message for collecting it.

Regards,

Ankita Vaidya
