Voice delay

There is a delay in my MS Teams when in meetings. It applies to me only. Whenever i talk it takes about 20-30 seconds for other parties to hear my voice. Similarly i realise after few seconds that the meeting is over. How can i resolve this?

    Hi Simon,

    Delays like this indicate you have a bandwidth problem resulting in a slow internet. Turning off web cams can help - they use a lot of bandwidth.
