How to share a sharepoint file and prevent downloading and printing ?

Hello,

With Sharepoint it is possible to share a file and prevent downloading and printing, but it is possible only with one file at the time.

If I have 100 directories with 100 files each, it would take a lot of time to share each file one by one.

Is there a way with Azure to protect from downloading / printing a list of files in sharepoint, a directory, an entire sharepoint site ?

I hope I am understandable.

Thanks for any help

    @technique IFO ,

    Currently we could use View only permission and Information Rights Management to restrict the user from downloading or printing the documents in the SPO document library.

    Many thanks Julie, I thought it wasn't possible.

    I tried to go to Azure, Sharepoint Admin center ... but i can't find the options in your picture.
    I don't know how to access to it. I activated Rights Management

    Here is what i get when i go to the library settings.

    Hello Julie.

    This bug comes from Document Cloud Adobe Application (installed via Azure)
    When i click on "preview" with the normal browser viewer, the PDF is well displayed.

    I deleted the cache and now Document Cloud Adobe seems to work better.
    When i delete this app on Azure it always comes back, strange behaviour.

    But that doesn't really matter, thanks for your help
