What are the storage or network limits for the Network Upload PST Import process?

We are using the Network Upload PST Import process to migrate some customer email boxes into a new O365 tenet. This process is new to us and we'd like to understand if there are any limitations using this process.

I can see that the process has us generate a SAS URL, which allows us to connect to an Azure blob. Where does this blob come from? Is it part of every O365 tenet, and what are the limits for this blob - storage size, network speed, etc.

Does anyone know where I can find this info?

Regarding the Network Upload PST Import process, below are two official documents I found for reference:

According to the information in these articles, we can learn that the PST files will be uploaded to a private and secure Azure Storage location that resides in the same regional Microsoft datacenter where your organization is located.

Then as per your concern about the limits for the storage size and network speed, I went through the articles above but didn't see these limitations are particularly documented. However, the following two things which are related to the PST file size are mentioned in the article, so it's suggested to pay attention to these limits when importing the PST files.

It's recommend that each PST file you upload to the Azure Storage location should be no larger than 20 GB:
If a PST file contains a mailbox item that is larger than 150 MB, the item will be skipped and not imported during the import process.

Those are the limits for the mail items that get uploaded to the Blob storage, but it doesn't say anything about the Blob storage itself. We are now learning of other limitations like not being able to remove uploaded files or even download them.

True... And sorry that personally I'm not familar with azure blob storage so I'm afraid I'm not able to help further about the limits of the blob storage itself. I've also tried searching aroud, but cannot find official articles stating this. Noted that the "azure-blob-storage" is added for your thread, maybe we can wait for a while and see if other community users who are more familar with blob storage could share some insights with us.

Yes, the PST files cannot be deleted once being uploaded to the Azure blob. This is also covered this article:

I accepted this as answer because it's the best fit. I would prefer if Microsoft could provide a way for us to manage that Blob, but I understand there may be complications with that.
