    Hello, TreeCityTool

I am Igor and I will be glad to help you with this question :)

To the users be able to join the Teams through a phone number please follow

If there's a phone number and conference ID in the meeting invite (as the attachment), just dial the number to join.

in case you are alreaedy a team member you can:

In Teams, you can call in to a meeting by going to the Calendar Meetings button on the left side of the app, selecting the meeting you want to join, and dialing the phone number provided in the meeting details.

Hope that helps! Let me know how it goes.

    i will be available.

    Best Regards

    Hello Igor,

Well I guess I didn't explain myself very well. I'm trying to organize a meeting to offer a call in number and a Conference ID #.

I don't actually have a problem with logging on with a call in number and conference ID. I just need to understand how to set up my own call in number and Conference ID for meetings I set up.

    Thanks fo r the feedback!

If you are the Teams admin you just need make sure PSTN conferencing is turned on for your account.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

Please note that the PSTN conferencing requires a appropriate license to Audio Conferencing. If you have Office 365 E5 typically PSTN Audio Conferencing is included (but there is a specific E5 SKU with PSTN audio conferencing excluded).

    For more informations please check:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=799762&...

If a dial-in number is not available for a meeting, the feature may not have been configured by your IT admin, or the correct licenses may not have been purchased or applied.

After make sure you have the appropriate licenses to your account please check on the article below:

Set up Audio Conferencing for Microsoft Teams

    Hope that helps!

    Best Regards
