Join or create Team search function failures

Currently when using the "search teams" feature to join a Team it is only searching the first word of the team. Which is fine if you know what the first word of the team is but otherwise it's not helpful. Is everyone experiencing this? Is there a way to make the search feature more robust so it searches all aspects of the Team name vs just the first word?

That only works if you are already on the Team. It doesn't search companywide/tenant Teams that you aren't part of.

I found if you type /join in the command bar it populates the same list of teams that appears in the join/create team list page and allows you to add keywords vs specific words to find a team.
