Microsoft whiteboard adding a screen clipping

I use the Microsoft whiteboard every day to teach maths classes. It was very useful to take a screen clipping form a webpage, book or graph and paste it into the whiteboard. It could then be used for the class and I or the students could write on the image. This feature does not seem to be available since the update. Am I correct. The only way now to insert an image is with pre-saved images from files already saved. This is a lot more work and very unnecessary.

Thanks

Ciara

I've tested the issue on 3 MS Whiteboard platforms on the web app, the Standalone desktop app as well as on MS Team whiteboard but they are unable to add screen clipping from a webpage directly to Whiteboard you need to save it to a local computer first then insert an image from Whiteboard app.

However, I believe this is indeed an important feature to be improved by the developer team. I invite you to submit a feature request or suggestions for improvements to the developer team.

    Hi Ciara

My name is Daniel. I will be more than happy to assist you.

Let me clarify this issue, are you referring to MS Whiteaboard standalone desktop app or Whiteboard built-in in MS Team app?
