export teams data resulting empty files

I have a teams free account for work organization. I am the team owner. Since we are using the free account, we do not have MS365 account.

I try to following this guide, which actually refers:

  1. share to outlook
  2. extract from privacy center

The 1st way does not work for me, because I do not have the outlook exchange, thus the share to outlook is missing.

The 2nd way give me empty messages.json:

{"userId":"8:live:myuser\_1","exportDate":"2021-03-08T09:35","conversations":[]}

Does anyone know, what is going on? Does the free edition of teams support export data at all? In the MS support channel (ticket 1018758445), technicians told me: the 2nd procedure is only for personal account not for work organization. There will be a different procedure to extract data from work organization account. Can you tell me the exact procedure?

    @RegieS hi, this does not solve my problem at all. Your first link is the exact 2nd link in my question. As I mentioned the MS technician has confirmed it only work for personal account. And we do not have M365 account.
