Add items dynamically to a context menu using office js in Excel?

Is it possible to add items to a Context Menu at runtime using office js in Excel? I can only seem to be able to do it through the manifest.

I found this question on StackOverflow from not too long ago, but couldn't find any related questions in this forum.
