Call Queue Optin/Out via powershell or admin

Hey all,

i am working on a case for a customer where he wants to optout all agents every evening, so they need to optin again every morning.

Via powershell,  we can list users in a queue and check their optin/out status, and make dashboards etc....

But we cannot find a way to set a user to optout on a certain queue, not in admin center or in powershell commands.

is there an option somewhere for an administrator to set a agent to a specific state in a queue.

If it could be done in powershell it would be awsome....because then we can schedule it.

Rgds

    Hi Benny,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community forum. I totally understand your concern and have searched for the relevant query but haven’t found any related information.

However, realize that it would be much great if an administrator can set an agent to a specific state in a queue using PowerShell/admin center function. As this time, I would suggest you please submit share your feedback through the link Teams UserVoice in that way understanding your experience helps us to make our product and service better for you and others. Our developer team regularly reviews ideas to consider in the design and development of future product updates. We appreciate the time you take to share them with us. Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.

Your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated. Have a nice day and stay safe!

    Best regards,

    Shyamal
