Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

To help us understand the issue better, could you please provide us the full screenshot of the error message?
Based on my experience, your admin may have disabled Microsoft Teams. Please contact your Office365 admins and have him/her try the following steps,
- Open https://portal.azure.com with your O365 Tenant Admin account.
- Go to : Azure Active Directory
- Go to : Enterprise Applications (on the left side bar)
- Go to : Microsoft Teams- which will open a Slice for MS Teams settings
- Click: Properties
- Enable for users to sign-in? : YES
