If the issue only happens to your Teams, to see if it is related to the sign-in portal, please kindly sign into Teams on the web in an InPrivate/Incognito window to see if it helps. If you have done that before, please switch to another browser to see if it helps.
If the issue persists, you can check with your IT admins to see if they are able to change authentication methods or reset it for you.
