MS Teams Shift Showing Wrong User

Hello

Added user in Teams and in there shows OK but when I go to Shifts I can see this user showing as someone else (previous users whose email address correct user had assigned).

i.e. current user ******@domainx.com but has email address ******@domainx.com.

In Teams he shows as John Doe which is correct but in Shifts he shows as Carl Doe.

How do I fix this inconsistency?

How are you Dawid, my pleasure to give you advice. 

For this question, we would like you sir to export the schedule and see if the name matches the one with the excel file, if it still showed as the Carldoe as expected. The advice we will give you is to download the sample shift excel file, after you input the correct the working email address which belongs to users, upload again, that should be work:
