You can perform following process;
- To avoid any other account credentials in cache, in any internet browser remove all browser cache and navigation history from "All time" select all options to clean, then go to:
https://teams.microsoft.com/ - Access with your Office 365 account, then verify if you can access through Teams "web-client", then check out if appear the message notification there, if not, perform below process in the local client on Windows 10.

- Close Microsoft Teams (Check out if appears in Windows toolbar and close it).
- Copy and paste following path Windows File Explorer:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams - Delete all content in that folder
- Open Teams and access with your personal account, then check out app behavior if still appears the notification.
