I work tech at the office and due to the current remote working situation, many users are having issues logging into their cached credentials when they're not connected to the domain. Any potential solutions?

    Hi,
It is suggested to check the following policy settings on the clients:
Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache (in case domain controller is not available)
You can run CMD as administrator and run command: gpresult /h report.html.
The setting is under :Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options
Confirm that the value is not set to 0.
