Microsoft Teams Audio Problems

Good day,

I would like to find out if there are specific, ports or firewall rules that should be open or created on the firewall to improve audio issues we are facing with Microsoft Teams? We are using FortiGate appliances.

During a Teams meeting, audio transmitted is garbled and inaudible and it is worse if video is used

We experience the same issue whether it is on the LAN or Corporate APN

Thank you for posting. You can use Call Analytics that helps you troubleshoot call or connection problems with Microsoft Teams. Call Analytics shows detailed information about the devices, networks, and connectivity for the calls and meetings of each user in your Office 365 account. Call Analytics can help you figure out why a user had a poor call or meeting experience See Use Call Analytics to troubleshoot poor call quality
