    I'll look further at this.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit.

    a. Go to Windows settings > Accounts

    b. Select "Access Work and School" > Select old work account > Click Disconnect

    c. Sign out and Sign in again. Go to "Email & App account" > Click on old work account and Remove

Remove all the accounts if it allows.

    1. Clear MS teams credentials:

please clear cached MS Teams login password from credentials manager:

    1. Open the Credentials Manager (Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager)
    2. Select Windows Credentials
    3. Under Generic Credentials, you will see one called: msteams_adalsso/adal_context_segments.

Also, any credentials entry related to MS Teams and MicrosoftAccount=.

    1. Delete them
    2. Sign out and Sign-in again
    3. Restart the laptop and try again

    Regards

    Nik

But most of my mates were able to sign up without much hassle ! How come my account is having problems? Can it be because i mistakenly signed up in as Personal account ! Like in my desktop i can sign in to windows as Microsoft account but not as School or work account !

Sounds like the Admin still has not allowed guests to participate in Teams meetings, I suggest you reach out to them because it requires their involvement.

Please refer to this article regarding error code AADSTS50020:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/for...

This article explains how to authorize Guest access in Microsoft Teams:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

After the admin has granted you guest access please ask the admin to add you to a team: https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/add-gu...

    I am getting this error!

    Hi Avishek,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

May I know what error do you see when accessing MS Teams free organization as a guest?

I have seen some problem joining work account as guest(invitee) in MS Teams free. So, I'd the advice to use a personal email address(Microsoft account) to join free organization as a guest.

    Regards

    Nik
