Auto Attendant loop question

Hi we are using Teams Voice with Microsoft calling plans, and we are currently setting up an auto attendant. I understand by default, if a person does not choose a menu option in the auto attendant, ie "dial 1 for this" dial 2 for this, dial 3 for this, then the menu options are essentially repeated 3 times then the call is disconnected. However if you setup an operator, after the menu option is repeated 3 times, then the operator is dialed.

How do we set it that after the menu options are stated only once, then the operator is dialed? ie. we do NOT want it to repeat 3 times before dialing the operator? Is this possible?

Unfortunately, that still doesn't answer the question.

In my case Menu Option with the function "Announcment TEXT" is selected.

When the caller selects an option, the menu is repeated again after the text.

Is there a possibility to end the call after the selection?

An operator is not desired because this is a hotline which does not have an explicit operator.

Have you tried to change the call flow to redirect to operator?

You can also add a message at the end of the options sayings "press 0 to operator". In any time the user can press 0 (zero) to go to the Operator without repeat the options again.

Hi Igor, I was more so asking how do I only have the menu options play once, then automatically dial the operator? I do not want the menu options repeated.

I am Igor and I will be glad to help you with this question :)

The keys * (asterisk) and # (pound) are reserved by the system; Pressing either of these keys will repeat the current menu, so add to the end of your message "or press star to repeat".

Then the user will then be able to choose the options if they missed the options.
