Hello,
I have been on Microsoft Support Chat and on your telephone helpline and haven't been able to find an answer to a technical issue I'm having with both Teams (free and paid versions).
It's not a question of bandwith nor my computer as several of my collegues are encountering the same problem.
During a screen share I am able to share prerecorded pedagogical videos. I can not however ask a client to do an execise, record them and then replay the video and comment on their performance. Everytime the sound or image is not correct and I finally revert to using Zoom. I've also askedthat all participants mute themselves whilst I'm commenting on their videos.
Can anyone tell me if there is a reason why this is happening on your platform?

Thank you for your posting. From the shortcut you provided “Shift, CMD, 5”, I tried to search there’s no recording related shortcuts for Teams meetings: Keyboard shortcuts for Microsoft Teams. May I further confirm your main demand regarding “ask a client to do an exercise, record them and then replay the video and comment on their performance”. By testing, shift + cmd +5 seems to be a capture feature in Mac device, and I can use it when in meeting and sharing.
Besides, we can start recording in Meetings, audio, video and share content will all be recorded in it: Record a meeting in Teams. Chat conversation may not be able to be recorded, however, we can find it in conversation list:
We can only let one member to record meeting at the same time. But we can combine other services with Teams meeting, like Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Stream or so. We can also use Teams companion mode for sharing.
For sound and image isn’t correct, there were delays, echo or have another scenario? There’re several options to share content, did you use Desktop sharing, App window?
