Assignments distributing problem

Question

I posted an assignment on 1:00 pm and Teams is still distributing to students till 2:00 pm Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for your post on the community forum. I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

It seems to be a recurring intermittent issue. there are possibilities that you see this issue due to the network overload or maybe a recent rapid growth of Teams service usages that led to system overload and service degradation.

I would suggest trying later and see if that works.

If you see this issue for some time, then please edit the assignment and submit it again to distribute to students.

If you continue to experience this issue, I'd advise contacting your IT administrator and check service health in Microsoft 365 admin Center. If you don’t see any advisory or incident reported with service degradation, I would suggest opening a support case with the dedicated Microsoft product group from the admin Center. See
