Microsoft Teams for Mac Error Code 500

I know there's a lot of these out there already and everyone is fixing it by signing out and back in. But that isn't working for me. I get the screen saying something went wrong and to restart or sign out. I try restart and get the same screen. If I click sign out (even by right clicking the icon) it will not let me sign out. I've even tried uninstalling teams and installing it again. It will not work in anyway.

I also tried clearing what I could find in the cache that did nothing as well.

If I force quit it and open again it sometimes asks for my email. But when I put that in it opens it right away and never asks for a password.

Any fixes for this? I've spent an hour trying to get it to work.

I was able to get into the keychain and clear all the cache files in that. It allows me to now put my password in, but I still get the same error.
