Hi when attempting to sign up for teams I receive this message. I've had my current email for over a decade and have never used any other Microsoft accounts, I've also had my phone number for around a decade. I've tried the work around to get any associated accounts which have the number attached and only mine is listed. Any ideas what I could do?

    Hi MarkD1988,

Thank you for your response and for the clarification.

please try to log in / sign in to Microsoft teams using your phone number

after you hit enter, next window will ask your Password, on that window can you please check the " email code to ******@xxxx.com, this is where the number is associated with, can you check for me if that email indicated there is yours.

    Regards,

    RegieS.

Hi RegieS, thanks for replying, however you seem to have crossed wires. I'm able to login to my Microsoft account fine, however I'm unable to sign up for Teams because it states my phone number is already been used by another account.
