HI, 

i just now setting for my bakcground teams meeting to turn dark and it suddenly changed to black screen which is i can't see anything to return back to be default screen. can you help me ?TQ

    Hi Siti,

    Did you change the theme to Dark mode in Teams?

    If so, you can click your avatar and select Settings to change it back to default theme.

    Of course, if can't see anything in Teams desktop app, please try to sign in Teams web client to change the setting. 

    Besides, you can also follow the steps below to check if it helps.

    1. Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
    2. Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
    3. Once in the directory, remove all the files and restart Teams.
