Audio Problems with recordings

Hello,

I have problems working with Teams Recordings in Video Editing Software.

In some small parts of the recording the audio is missing, no big deal, but when I edited it and export from the Software, huge junks are missing.

Same problem in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere. So it can't really be the software.

Is that a known problem? Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

Based on your description, I have done lots of research on my side, but there is no such known Teams issue. From your description, the issue is possible to be related to incompatibility between the Teams recording file and Video Editing software, I fairly understand your opinion that the issue is not related to the software, but since the problem occurs in the video editing software, we recommend it is better to contact support of the software for further confirmation, your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
