Attendance Report Problem

Hello,

I was fetching attendance report after the class from the link appearing in the chat box. I am currently trying to fetch the reports but it always downloads the same report, that is the last meeting under the relevant schedule. I can't download the attendance from for example a week ago. I was using this method for the whole semester and I didn't have any problem. Why is this happening? Any solutions?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your reply. I tried to log in from MS Teams online but it still downloads the last attendance instead of the one I require. I don't know if this information helps but unfortunately my laptop has broken down, this problem started when I started to use another one. I'm not sure if it is related to the computer that I am using or this is an issue with my account. I asked my one of my colleagues and her system is just working fine, no problem like mine.

I guess the admin is someone within the University and I'll have to contact them in the end.

    Best

    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Generate attendance report.

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

If the problem still persists when using MS Team online then I'd like to let you know there's an alternative way to generate attendance info but you need to reach out to your admin in this case.

Please ask your admin to follow these steps:

    • Reach out to your admin then give a list of participants then ask the admin to generate a user activity report. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...
    • Under the meeting & calls tab, ask the admin to select participants.
    • The user activity report will show the list of meetings the specific person has attended. (see screenshot)
