habilitar GPO do microsoft edge dentro de uma maquina virtual do azure

meu problema inicial é que eu precisava fazer gerenciamento de politica de grupo do Microsoft Edge numa maquina virtual do azure, porém me deparei com uma impossibilidade ja que essa politica de grupo simplesmente não existe (ver imagem). pensei em criar uma VM com uma imagem propria do windows 10 que eu tenho aqui mas também não consegui, queria saber o que eu poderia fazer para poder acessar essas politicas de grupo do edge que não estão disponíveis.
