Team got deleted

A team that I created got deleted. It is no longer there. I followed the help instructions to restore a team, but when I go to manage teams there is only active teams. How can I get my team back? It has info I need.

Hi Timothy,

Since Team is developed based on Microsoft 365 group, based on your scenario, I recommend you could also contact your admin to help you restore the corresponding Microsoft 365 group to restore your team, for detailed steps, please view below:

  1. Login to Admin center.
  2. Go to Groups > Deleted groups and find the related group/team, click Restore group button to restore it.

If your team could not found from there either, it might have been deleted permanently.
