Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Regarding your issue, does this issue occurs with other Team members with this specific file?
A. If issue is with all the members, it should be some issue with that file occurs during post in Teams channel. Try to rename that affected file and post it as attachment to check if issue persist or not.
B. If other member has no issue, follow the below suggestion.
If you access Teams with multiple devices (such as Mobile), please temporarily disconnect all the devices/client and then open Teams Online app.
- For Teams online app : first close all the other browser tab and third party apps open in your PC. Clear all browser cache. Now open any web browser with InPrivate browsing mode and Login to Teams online and check if the issue persist or not. If issue persist, share us video (about your issue) via the Private Message, it helps get more clarity about your issue.
If Teams online app is working well, open Teams client app and check if its updated with latest version.
- For Teams client app: Open Teams application > click on your profile picture > click on “Check for Updates” (it helps to update Teams with latest version)
- If Teams client app is updated with latest version, follow the below steps and clear Teams cache.
- Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
- Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
- Once in the directory, you’ll see a few of the following folders:
- From within ‘Application Cache’, go to Cache and delete any of the files in the Cache location.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
- From within ‘Blob_storage’, delete any files that are located in here if any.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
- From within ‘Cache’, delete all files.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
- From within ‘databases’, delete all files.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
- From within ‘GPUCache’, delete all files.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
- From within ‘IndexedDB’, delete the .db file.: %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
- From within ‘Local Storage’, delete all files. : %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
- Lastly, from within ‘tmp’, delete any file. : %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
- Once finally done clearing, you can now restart Teams from your local desktop and all cache will be cleared from the desktop app.
