My Microsoft Teams application is not working. 

Can you please advise as to when it will be working again?

Hi Clare Klein,

As far as I know, there is  issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident TM152345 starting at Friday, October 26, 2018, at 6:55 AM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Users are unable to sign in to the Microsoft Teams client and web. Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue TM152345 has been resolved as of: October 26, 2018, at 10:00 AM UTC. If you are still experiencing an issue, feel free to provide more details and the error message for us about this issue. so that we can do further investigation and help you better. Thanks for your understanding.

    Hi Bryan,

    Yes, it was the same error on both the app and the online version.

    It would load for a very long period of time and then an error message was displayed giving me the option to try again or sign out and in again.

    Thanks for your posting here, for your issue, I need to confirm the following information to make it more clearly about the issue symptom. Thanks for your understanding.

    1. Does it work well before? How about teams web page?
    2. Is there any error message? Please provide a screenshot of the error message for us.
    3. Could lease describe more detail about the issue symptom. (stuck, crash, not responding or others)
    4. Please go to Start > Apps and Features > find and click the Microsoft Teams application and provide the version for us.
