As far as I know, there is issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident TM152345 starting at Friday, October 26, 2018, at 6:55 AM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Users are unable to sign in to the Microsoft Teams client and web. Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue TM152345 has been resolved as of: October 26, 2018, at 10:00 AM UTC.
