Problem on attendance report

I have downloaded the meeting attendance report. Attendees are 23 but on that downloaded file only one attendee is shown and always same file is shown ...the size while downloading is around 8kb... after download it will be 1kb ... This problem arise with different laptops too...

Can anyone can assist me to get out of this problem?

    My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

    I suspect it could be an intermittent issue, You may try another alternative to generate a meeting attendance report but it requires admin access.

    If you are not the admin then please ask your admin to follow the steps below:

    1. Please go to Teams admin center https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/users > Select Meeting organizer name from the user's list
    2. Select the "Meeting & calls" tab > under the "Meeting or call ID" column, select the clickable link ID
    3. Select the "Participant details" tab > Select on the "Excel" icon from the right corner to download the attendance report
