Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for Education

I suspect it could be an intermittent issue, You may try another alternative to generate a meeting attendance report but it requires admin access.
If you are not the admin then please ask your admin to follow the steps below:
- Please go to Teams admin center https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/users > Select Meeting organizer name from the user's list
- Select the "Meeting & calls" tab > under the "Meeting or call ID" column, select the clickable link ID
- Select the "Participant details" tab > Select on the "Excel" icon from the right corner to download the attendance report
