Microsoft Teams Refusing to Install

I had microsoft teams installed but it wasnt letting me turn on notifications so i uninstalled the program but when i installed it again it it showed a message that says that was unable to write to the disk IT policies may be restricting access to this folder and I was wondering if there is a solution to this problem
