Assignments

I am a Student and I have daily assignment work . Due to pandemic institutes are closed and all type of work is on teams . We have daily assignments which have to be done in specific time but I am unable to open any assignment and upload too. It is going on since forever. Kindly help me resolve this issue. 

When I open any assignment This Happens everytime :

And when I try to upload assignment this Happens : 

Please help.....

    Yes I am using window 7 and I have already tried that It doesn't work. And Also for your suggestion of alternative way It is not acceptable in my institute.

    (1) I have tried opening from browser , and teams windows app too.

    (2) It opens from one cell phone but on the other one it shows that access is denied.

    Let me clarify this issue by asking you the following questions.

    1. Am I correct to understand you are also unable to open files via MS Team online with a web browser?
    2. What happens when you open and submit the assignment files via MS Team mobile app using your smartphone?

    I wonder whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

    Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.
    4. Try to open the problematic assignment.

    Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer? Am I correct to asumme you are using Windows 7?
