Error when adding OneNote Notebook as channel tab: "The specified resource ID does not exist."

As stated in the title, I am having an issue when trying to add a specific OneNote Notebook as a channel tab. I am able to add other notebooks and there's nothing particularly unique about this one. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix (other than copying all content to a new notebook)?

Any help is appreciated...thanks!

    Where does this OneNote located?

    Check and see if you have sufficient permission in Teams and OneNote location?
