    Hi,

I am looking after an organisation who have been using Teams for the past 6 months. Recently the quality of the Conference calls have poor quality Team meetings randomly.

When is Microsoft going to fix this?

    Hi TeNaihi,

Due to Covid-19, Teams users increase sharply since February, especially for users in business and schools. And in response to this situation, Microsoft has adjusted some features and services for Teams to ensure each user can experience Teams services. For Teams call, the bandwidth cap has been reduced to 1Mbps. And it could influence the audio quality.

Besides, in Teams admin center, the admins can monitor and troubleshoot Teams call quality issues in Call Quality Dashboard. And you can contact the admins in your organization to Use Call Analytics to troubleshoot poor call quality.

    Regards,

    Marvin

i dont think that is the problem, im pretty sure i can hear that teams is using background noise reduction effects or something, even with a bandwidth cap of 1 mbps, the quality should now be this bad.
