This issue is related to Teams access to Guests.
We have invited some external guests (they are not using Office 365 or Azure AD), I think they are using 3rd party email service not from Microsoft. We need them to be part of the Teams meetings.
We invited around 10 guests from that particular domain. Only around 3 users were able to successfully redeem the invitation and able to join the Teams meeting. But others were getting different errors and unable to join or create Microsoft profile to attache their email to login to Teams. One of the common issue what has been faced is "Invitation Redemption Failed". I have tried deleting the guest user ID from my AAD and recreated and sent a new invitation, but again the same problem even with the new invitation.
Requesting some support to troubleshoot this issue.
Regards
G. Jerome

Hi Jerome,
Thank you for your update. We are highly appreciated your reply in our forum community. We will give our best to help you here.
Based on your mentioned reply, can we re-confirm from your side that what is your Office 365 server environment? Is it On-premise or pure cloud?
At one please try to double confirm that if the guest users are synced and available into the cloud in your Office 365 organization from Azure AD. Please refer to this reference thread https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5281/azure-guest-user-invitation-acceptance-issue-invit.html, if it can help you for this issue.
This is another information article for your reference purpose Set up directory synchronization for Office 365
On the other hand, please try to double verify that if the guest users are allowed for invitation from the specific organization. Because, this thing can be manage for users under Azure portal. Please refer to this detailed information article Allow or block invitations to B2B users from specific organizations
If the issue still persist, please feel free to contact us. We are highly appreciated your cooperation in our forum community.

Hello Darpan
Thank you for your reply.
I could not understand exactly what you mean by **"**please double verify that if the invitee’s Admin has allowed EmailVerified Users from being created in their tenant."
Because in the G-suite admin console, there is no such option to enable or disable something like this. I connected remotely to their email admin panel (shared by guest administrator) and there is no such options available.
One more scenario, I want to invite few guests from different company, those are not using Microsoft 365, example they are using "Rocket mail" or "Yahoo mail" or "Sify mail" some some other free email services other than Microsoft. How we can expect them to contact their admin and do the changes.
When we send an invitation, they should be able to join the meeting without any trouble. Most of the other services providers (for online meetings) are seamless.
If any problem from guest domain or settings then it should not allow anyone from their domain to create a Microsoft account from their domain. But around 3 guest participants were successfully create the Microsoft profile and able to join the Teams meetings.
I am bit confused to choose the troubleshooting path.
Your support will be highly appreciated if you can able to guide me to resolve the issue.

G. Jerome
