facing issues when using microsoft teams in Hololens

Hi,

I am unable to use Microsoft teams in my hololens and PC.

Steps which i have followed:

  1. Installed new version of Microsoft teams application in hololens as well as PC

when i am trying call to any contact from my hololens, other person is not getting call but in my hololens it is showing connected along with the duration of the call.

Hi Bhavani,

From your screenshot, your account might not have Microsoft Teams subscription. Please login to Office portal and click your avatar > My account > Subscriptions to check it and let me know the outcome. If you have no Microsoft Teams subscription like below, please contact your admin to enable it.

Note: Teams is available in all Office 365 A1 suite licensing, Business Essentials, Business Premium, Enterprise E1,E3,E5 and Enterprise E4 license plan, and if you are Office 365 A1 suite user, Microsoft Teams is off by default, you need contact your admin to turn it on.(Reference: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-do-i-get-access-to-microsoft-teams-fc7f1634-abd3-4f26-a597-9df16e4ca65b)

    Thanks for your feedback, as you stated, you attached a image, but I cannot view it, I assume that you paste it to your text directly, which cannot actually attach the image, please click the image icon like below to attach again(Both outcome pages in Teams Web App and Teams desktop):

    Thank you for your reply.

    when i try to open Teams Web App, it is showing prompt message(i have attached below).

    when i try to call any contact from hololens,It is showing the popup as "call dropped".

    In addition, to further analyze the potential cause of your issue, please kindly offer me more information like below:

    1. The screenshot of the calling page.
    2. Whether the problem also exists when you login to this Microsoft Teams client with another user's account in your organization.
    3. The version of Teams desktop. Click Your avatar > About > Version.
