Hello MaryGillis1,
Regarding your issue, suggest you to check your Windows and Teams settings are correctly set up for your camera and make test call to check the result.
For Windows camera settings : Use shortcut key Windows Key + i > go to Privacy > select Camera > Make sure that Allow apps to access your Camera is ON and from down below Choose apps that can use your camera is ON for Teams. If this setting is already enable, try to disable it and re-enable it after few seconds.
For Teams: Click your profile picture from Teams App > Settings > Device > Under Camera, select the camera you want Teams to use, and see a preview of that camera's video.
After verify the above settings, make a test call to check the issue. In a test call, you'll see how your camera is working. Follow the instructions from Test Call Bot and record a short message. The message will play back for you. After that, you'll get a summary of the test call, and you can go to your device settings to make changes. For test call, go to Teams Device settings > Choose Make a test call under Audio devices.
Thanks and regards,
