Issue Creating Teams

Hello, 

Hopefully someone can help with my query. I am unable to create teams, I get the error message below. I have been able to set them up in the past, I'm just getting this message all of a sudden?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

We couldn't create your team because something went wrong, please try again later

    Renzo, thank you so much!! That was the issue, the name I was using was too generic and had obviously been used before. Really appreciated-have a great day!

    Dear jsheehst,

    Through any internet browser on inPrivate/incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), go to:

    https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_I..., access with your account, then you will see the list of all groups that you already created, you can't use same name of an existing group, also if you had deleted a group, it will be in soft deleted groups, you can remove from below link for a totally hard delete in order to use the name again:
