Microsoft Forms Poll in Teams reporting incorrect results

Question

I created a poll in Microsoft Teams using the Forms app. Users of the team submitted different responses to the poll, but the results show all participants selecting the same response. What is the purpose of the poll function if it reports inaccurate results? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
