Redeem code / achievement code

Question

Greetings, 

I am doing the online MS Educator courses and completed a few. I have seen the Redeem to record hours, transcript update and get the recognition we need to redeem the code. This is what it says: "Redeem code Professional development can happen anywhere, and we want to honor it here. Enter your achievement code to record hours, update your transcript, and get your recognition"

When i click the pop up it is asking to type the "Achievement code". 

My query is how do we get this Achievement code?

Please do clarify so as to enable me to make my recognitions effectively
