Squirell Temp Signer Data

Hi All ,

We work with Sophos AV on our environment . Sophos is detecting tempX file as PUA . For Sophos to whitelist , I will need the signer data .

As there are multiple temp files , we can't upload sample for Sophos to check and allow .

Location : : C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SquirrelTemp\tempX

Can anyone provide or guide how can I can get this please ?

    Hi Syed, hope you're doing well. I’m Ian, and I’m happy to help you today.

    Unfortunately SquirrelTemp doesn't have a signer data since this application works in the background and does its task of finding new and better versions of Teams.

    I think is Sophos you can set scan exceptions, this will exclude certain directory from scanning.
