I am using Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.12969 (64-bit), where I see multiple status, how to resolve this. As per the other article, I have turned off all the OOO status in all Outlook apps, but still it is not resolved.

Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue but I'll do my best to help.

Just to clarify, have you also tried to reset your status? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/upda...

Do you also encounter the same issue when you login via MS Teams web app? https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=87302...

I also suggest that you delete all MS Teams entries on your credential manager, then reinstall using the steps below

    1. Quit MS Teams application/Kill the process via Task Manager
    2. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager
    3. Click on Windows Credentials > search for Generic Credentials
    4. Remove each entry relating to MS Teams
    5. Uninstall the desktop app via control panel
    6. Delete the folder "Teams" under C:\Users<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming
    7. Perform a reboot and reinstall the latest version via https://www.microsoft.com/en/microsoft-365/micr...

Note: Ensure to run the installer as administrator

I hope this helps. Good luck!
